Terms and Conditions
1. Registration & Access: Course access, co-working usage, and library membership begin only after full payment is received and registration is confirmed. Access credentials (digital logins or ID cards) will be issued within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Users must present valid identification when collecting physical access cards, and access may be suspended until verification is complete. Refunds or cancellations follow the published refund policy and will be processed only after verification of payment and registration records.
2. Course Content & Materials: All course materials, resources, presentations, recordings and related documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Xavric Solutions. These materials are provided for the registered participant’s personal learning and may not be copied, reproduced, shared, published or distributed in any form without prior written permission. Unauthorized use or distribution may result in legal action and termination of access.
3. Attendance & Participation: Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct, arrive punctually, and attend sessions regularly. Active participation and completion of assigned tasks, quizzes or projects may be required to receive certificates or to continue course access. Repeated absence, disruptive behavior, or failure to meet participation requirements may result in suspension from the course or loss of privileges.
4. Policy Changes: Xavric Solutions reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, fees, access hours, or other program details. Whenever feasible, participants will be given prior notice of significant changes via email or the account dashboard. Changes may be necessary due to operational needs, regulatory requirements, or to improve learning outcomes; participants will be informed of options or transition arrangements where applicable.
5. Code of Conduct: All participants must treat faculty, staff, and fellow learners with respect and professionalism. Harassment, discrimination, theft of materials, cheating, or any form of abusive or unlawful behavior is strictly prohibited. Violations of the code of conduct may lead to warnings, temporary suspension, termination of access, and, where appropriate, notification to relevant authorities. Participants may appeal disciplinary decisions through the formal appeals process outlined in the student handbook.
